Classic Cashmere takes no responsibility for any typing and pricing errors, as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

 

2. Payment

All prices at www.cl assicashmere.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. Classic Cashmere generally pays any fees incurred when carrying out transactions, unless otherwise stated.

Classic Cashmere (hereinafter referred to as CC) collaborates with NETS, which offers payment solutions. This means that all sensitive information is processed on a secure NETS-approved payment module. CC will never have access to the card details you enter. Payment will be deducted when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

 

3. Delivery

Your delivery costs vary depending on which delivery method you choose when placing your order. You will be informed of the delivery costs before you complete your order. Free shipping to GLS Pakkeshop is offered for purchases over 700 kr.

There is an expected delivery time of 1-3 days.

CC ships all packages with a trackable package number, and can only rely on what your chosen distributor states regarding delivery time.

 

4. Right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly and always returned in the original packaging.

We offer free return shipping for size exchanges in Denmark*. If you have made a new exchange order yourself, the new order number must be included when creating your return order. All other returns will be deducted 49 DKK from the refund when using the return label provided.

 

4.2 Return with your own chosen carrier

If you wish to return using your own chosen carrier, return the product to the address below:

4.3 Please note

We recommend that you get a receipt for your return. This way you can track the shipment and have documentation in case the package gets lost.

Old shipping labels must not be visible on the shipment, as you risk your package being registered incorrectly and thus not being sent to the correct recipient.

We do not accept returns from webshop orders sent to or delivered to mailboxes or sent by cash on delivery. Packages sent back to a parcel shop will not be picked up and are not considered to have been sent back to us.

If your item is returned without labeling and/or the resealable bag, 25 DKK will be deducted from your return payment.

Uncollected packages will be subject to an administration fee of 100 DKK.


5. Impairment

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. If you regret your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal if the conditions for this are met, cf. Chapter 4 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

All items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you received them. Items that show signs of use (e.g. perfume scent, traces of make-up, lint, etc.) or items that are missing/have damaged hangtags or resealable bags will not be accepted for return. The item must be returned as you received it and in the packaging/bag it was delivered in.

If we consider that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not met, we will contact you by email with a reason for this.


6. Refund of the purchase amount

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the amount you have paid to us will be refunded. The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

In the event of a decrease in value, missing packaging or use of the returns portal, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Processing of return orders takes up to 8 business days. Refunds will be made as soon as possible thereafter. Once a return order has been processed, it may take up to 2 banking days, depending on your card/banking conditions, before the money is returned to your account.


7. Right of complaint

When you shop at www.classiccashmere.dk , you have a 24-month right of complaint on your purchase, cf. the Danish Sales Act. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you make a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is considered timely.

When making a complaint, it is a requirement that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior. Your right to complaint does not include if errors, damage or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, including lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. Beads, buttons, etc. that are lost as a result of use are also not covered by the right to complaint. A complaint will not be recognized if it is apparent from the product that there has been a breach of warranty (incorrect washing, high stress on seams, etc.)

If you wish to make a complaint about your product, please send/deliver the product to the address below and enclose a short description of the complaint. We ask that you send us an email with a photo of the defect before sending the product to us.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages for collection at a parcel shop . Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and always get a receipt for shipping.

 

8. Personal data policy

To make a transaction with us at www.classiccashmere.dk we need the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Telephone number

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Classic Cashmere and stored for 5 years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via CC, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Payment information is processed via an external provider, of which all information is processed encrypted. Based on a contractual relationship, CC's partners handle your information in order to process your order or inquiry. Such partners only process personal data in accordance with our instructions, including concluded data processing agreements.

Information provided to CC is in no way sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

8.1 Cookies

Cookies are used on www.classiccashmere.dk for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. How you do this depends on your browser.
